Vasi is a highly experienced childcare professional who is spearheading an innovative crafting program. With a strong foundation in Montessori methods and Reggio Emilia principles, she possesses a degree in Arts and is currently pursuing a specialization in Art Therapy for children. Crafting is a deep-rooted passion for her, being a third-generation artisan inspired by her grandmother and mother, who transformed everyday concepts into remarkable garments and accessories. They imparted not only their technical skills but also a profound appreciation for the joy of crafting, ensuring that this legacy continues.

 

Vasi has gathered a dynamic team of crafters to engage young children in this creative journey. The program offers a unique combination of traditional crafting techniques infused with contemporary styles. Participants will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills such as crochet, knitting, punch needle, and macrame, all while fostering friendships and enjoying their time together.

 

Vasi firmly believes that every individual possesses an innate creativity that can be stifled by the conventional education system. She advocates for the importance of allowing children the freedom to explore, imagine, and take creative risks during their formative years. With a commitment to enhancing creativity and incorporating enjoyable experiences, Vasi aims to create memorable moments that strengthen the connection between parents and their children in the enchanting realm 

 

I wholeheartedly believe we all come out of the box with a sprinkle of creativity, but  that spark often gets snuffed out by the rigid school grind!
